I tend to post about 2 things: The weather. And school. How much more lame can I get? I mean, seriously, I don't know why anyone reads this blog. Not that very many people do...
Anyhow, there I go again. The beginning of yet another lame post. The really unfair thing about it all, though, is that the weather and school are really the only things that occupy my life. Not counting driving and working and somehow trying to have even a spec of social life in there. But those are all boring, and lame, and lame and lame. That was the 5th 'lame' in this post already.
I think I need a little spice. A little umph. A little pIzAZz.
I tried reading a book for pleasure. It was good. But THAT on top of all of the other reading I have to do for school (there I go yet again), did not exactly end up being very pleasurable after all.
I tried going to High School Musical 3 with my sisters in hopes of raising my spirits with a 2-hour-cheesier-than-cheesy-completely-unrealistic musical, but, gosh... I'm 20 now. Not 17. Way too immature for me. Ha. (Nose in the air).
I exercised. Finally. After running that dumb half-marathon in August, my bod thought it was set for life and that it would never have to exercise again. Wrong. Way wrong. So I whipped out the old running shoes and pilates mat and there I was doing my bod a favor. Then I had a milkshake.
During my beloved 2 hour break yesterday between school and work I was very productive. I got a flu shot. A free one. (Yay for being a student)! I even got a voter pamphlet thingy so I could actually know what I was voting for. I was really excited to vote since it's my first time and all... until I read the candidates for Governor for the state of Utah. SuperDELL. SuperDELL?? SUPER freakin DELL! ... is a candidate. For Governor. Of MY STATE. He wont win. But his picture and his claim (And I Quote): "If you are unsure then fill your heart with love, completely open your mind and pray to God earnestly. You can't afford to get this wrong and will be held accountable for your choice." left me in awe. You go, SuperDELL, you tell 'em.
My life outside of school and weather is pretty interesting. I'd trade it for a million and a half dollars. Not one penny less. Any takers?
